Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, services may be fully or partially covered. Please contact your insurance provider to verify your coverage for psychotherapy services. Here are some questions to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit the number of sessions per calendar year? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician for services to be covered?
Rates:
Individual Counseling
- Initial evaluations: $200
- Individual 60-minute sessions: $175
Couples Counseling
- Initial evaluations: $200
- 60-minute sessions for couples: $200
***Many insurance companies do not reimburse for couples counseling. Please schedule a time to discuss insurance and payment options before scheduling your first appointment.
