When I first created Heidi’s Hope, I wanted something simple and memorable that reflected my purpose: to help people find strength, clarity, and healing during difficult seasons.
As my practice has grown, I’ve officially transitioned all therapy services under my new business name:
Stable Minds LLC
This shift reflects both the depth of the work I do and the future direction of my practice. You’ll still find the same compassionate, evidence-based therapy—with a stronger foundation, a clearer focus, and a beautiful new home online.

With a PhD in Psychology specializing in performance psychology, I support individuals navigating:
Helping high-performing professionals and caregivers prevent, manage, and recover from burnout.
Guiding clients through shifts such as divorce, career changes, or personal reinvention.
Creating a safe, steady space to process and heal from past trauma and overwhelm.
I still work with purpose-driven people who look like they have it all together—but feel disconnected, depleted, or simply done. If that sounds like you, I’d be honored to work with you through Stable Minds.

I provide a judgment-free space to explore emotions. Whether it's trauma, relationships, work stress, or life changes, my tailored approach empowers you to heal, connect, and develop resilience. Let's start your journey toward personal growth and well-being.
I hold a Ph.D. in Psychology from Grand Canyon University, where my research focused on grit, resilience, and life satisfaction. I also earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Purdue University and a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Huntington University, where I attended in-person classes. I am currently contributing to the field as an adjunct professor.
