Why name the website Heidi’s Hope? My actual name is often hard to spell, so I chose something simple that reflects my purpose. My doctorate in Psychology, specializing in performance psychology, uniquely positions me to support clients striving for excellence. specialize in supporting individuals navigating professional burnout, significant life transitions, and trauma recovery. My approach is centered on fostering resilience, facilitating healing, and guiding clients toward a renewed sense of purpose and well-being.

I hold a Ph.D. in Psychology from Grand Canyon University, where my research focused on grit, resilience, and life satisfaction. I also earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Purdue University and a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Huntington University, where I attended in-person classes. I am currently contributing to the field as an adjunct professor.
